Edel began her working career in the public sector in Australia before moving to New Zealand, where she excelled in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.
In 2016, she made a successful transition into the solutions space and has never looked back. This shift provided her with the opportunity to engage with clients in a different way, beyond simply delivering their requirements. It was a chance to collaborate with them to identify solutions that would truly meet their needs.
Edel's passion lies in the digital space, where she has had the pleasure of working with open-source technologies and exploring how integrations can work to benefit her clients.

Pete has over 15 years of experience in the delivery of digital projects in the UK, and Australia and worked with iconic kiwi brands in New Zealand such as New Zealand Post and MetService.
Since joining Effect in 2022, Pete has led our Delivery and Operations teams, driving successful outcomes and operational excellence. Now, he leads our strategic direction, shaping Effect’s vision and growth while championing innovation and delivering exceptional results for our clients.
